Very nice personnel and good service. Better to book there before 8:30. Rarely they answer the phone. Prompt in emergency cases. You Must be on time or even earlier.

But now (Jan 2017), I have been calling for 4 days every morning (~200+ phone calls), and even when I get through the phone queue, I am told that they are fully booked.

Whilst I’ve never been disappointed with the service I’ve received, I am disgusted by the system of arranging appointments. I tried to call through 93 times this morning for an appointment (and this is not the first time it’s taken so many attempts), only to be told that there are no appointments left and I will have to call back tomorrow. There’s no possibility of arranging one in advance and as I work full time hours, it isn’t fair for me to take 20-30 minutes out of my working day to arrange an appointment I may not even get!

Until now everything was alright, you would queue on the phone (~40 phone calls), but it was very likely to get through the queue and get an appointment on the day.

Didn't have a suggestion box so I'll leave a comment here.. Please, if you are going to expect patients to sit in a waiting room for a hour because you are running behind schedule it would seem respectful and appropriate to mention this to them when they arrive, and maybe give them an update after, say, half an hour.

Quick response from GPs and reception staff. I've always got an appointment easily when I've needed one. Friendly and professional experience
